We will send any notices to the most recent email address you have provided.

Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter prior to initiating formal proceedings. If no resolution is reached through this process, the dispute may be submitted to mandatory arbitration, as outlined in the Sweepop’s Terms of Service.

Children’s Privacy

The Sweepop is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently gathered such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it from our records.
