21+ NO REAL MONEY GAMBLING OR PRIZES OF REAL-WORLD VALUE

Terms of Service

This Sweepop and the services offered through it do not involve real money gambling. No actual money is required to play, and all features and games are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Please be aware that by using the Sweepop, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use, which include a Binding Arbitration Agreement and a Class Action Waiver. These provisions mean that any dispute you may have with us—whether past, current, or future—must be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis only, and solely for your own losses. You are not permitted to act as a class representative or to participate in any collective, representative, or group actions, including but not limited to class actions, private attorney general lawsuits, or qui tam claims. Arbitration means your dispute will not be decided by a court or jury, except where specifically stated in these Terms.

Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish to be bound by the arbitration agreement—both retroactively and for any future claims—and you have not previously agreed to an arbitration provision with us in connection with your use of our services, you may opt out. Requests to opt out submitted after this period will not be accepted and will be considered null and void. Please note, opting out of the arbitration agreement does not affect the enforceability of the other terms and policies included in this agreement.

Before continuing to use the Sweepop, we strongly encourage you to carefully read the full Terms of Use, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy, Player Safety Policy, and any other related or referenced policies (collectively referred to as the “Incorporated Policies”). Your continued access or use of the Sweepop or any associated services signifies your acceptance of these terms and all incorporated policies.

Use of Tracking Technologies

As a condition of using this Sweepop, you expressly acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and discharge any current or future claims relating to the use of tracking technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, GET requests, and other tools (including but not limited to Meta Pixel or similar software). These technologies may track, store, and analyze your interactions on the Sweepop for purposes such as performance analytics, user behavior insights, or personalized advertising. By using the Sweepop, you agree that any claims—whether based on data collection practices, targeted advertising, or tracking technologies—are fully and irrevocably waived. The Sweepop bears no liability for any past, present, or future claims related to the use of such technologies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sweepop, you confirm that you are of legal age, have the authority to accept these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Sweepop or its services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which apply to all activity on the Sweepop, including activity before your acceptance.

The Sweepop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple®, Facebook®, or Google®. Any information you provide is shared solely with the Sweepop, not those third parties.

Updates to Terms and Policies

These Terms and related policies may be updated occasionally. Changes will be posted on the Sweepop, and it’s your responsibility to review them before using the service. Continued use after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

If there is any conflict between the Terms and incorporated policies, the Terms will take precedence. Questions can be directed to support@sweepop.com.

License to Use the Service

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Sweepop’s games and virtual currency (“Gold Coins”) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Gold Coins are non-redeemable, non-transferable, and have no real-world value. You cannot sell, assign, or trade them.

No purchase is required to use the service or access Gold Coins. However, you may choose to purchase additional Gold Coins or features, which are non-refundable. If your account is suspended, terminated, or if the Sweepop discontinues service, any unused Gold Coins are forfeited.

This service is licensed—not sold—to you. The Sweepop retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to its content and technology.

Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Sweepop or its services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Distributing, selling, sublicensing, or transferring the service
  • Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the service
  • Making the service available to others through file-sharing or network hosting
  • Misrepresenting content ownership or scraping data
  • Using the service to harm, harass, or infringe on others’ rights

Violating these terms may result in account termination, forfeiture of virtual currency, or legal action.

Eligibility

To use the Sweepop, you must be at least 18 years old—or of legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher—and legally permitted to access online gaming content. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable laws and confirm you are eligible to use the service.

You may not access the Sweepop from jurisdictions where the service is restricted, including but not limited to: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, West Virginia, or any location outside the United States.

You are responsible for ensuring no minors access the Sweepop through your account and agree not to participate in fraudulent or abusive activity, including the use of bots or other software-assisted methods. Providing false information or attempting to manipulate the system may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

All participation must be for personal entertainment only. Any abuse of promotions or coordination with others to exploit the platform may lead to penalties, including forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.

Your User Account

To access the Sweepop, you must register a single user account. Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts or using someone else’s account is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure.

You must keep your account details up to date and secure. Sharing your account or password is not allowed. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any purchases.

We may deactivate inactive accounts after 60 days or reject account creation at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, but doing so forfeits any remaining virtual currency.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or coordinated activity with other users (e.g., syndicates or team-based play).

Play Together, Games, and Contests

The Play Together feature allows users to follow, stream, and interact with other users’ gameplay. By participating, you agree to follow all applicable terms.

Individual games on the Sweepop may include specific rules, which you are responsible for reviewing before playing. Play Together applies only to main gameplay and does not extend to bonus or side games.

Purchases

To make purchases on the Sweepop, the name on your payment method must match the name on your user account. If not, your account may be suspended and purchases voided. You must notify us if your payment method is lost, stolen, or compromised.

We may use third-party payment processors (“Payment Agents”) to handle transactions. These agents have the same rights as we do to enforce payment terms. You agree that we and our Payment Agents may securely store your payment details for future transactions, in compliance with applicable laws.

If a purchase is reversed or charged back, your account will be suspended, and the amount becomes a debt owed to us. You must resolve it using an alternative payment method.

All purchases are processed in USD. While Gold Coins are usually delivered immediately, delays can occur due to issues beyond our control (e.g., connectivity problems).

Your payment will appear on your statement as a charge from “B2Services.” You will receive both an on-screen and email confirmation after each purchase. Your current Gold Coin balance will be visible in your account when logged in.

Gold Coins expire if your account is inactive for 60 days (referred to as “Dormant”).

If you have any issues, our customer support is available 24/7 and typically responds within 12 hours.

Promotions

All promotions, contests, offers, and platform features—including “Play Together”—are governed by these Terms, any specific promotion rules, and any additional terms published at the time.

We may withdraw, change, or restrict access to any promotion or feature at any time without notice. You may be excluded from promotions or features if you use more than one account, violate local laws, or engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior. If detected, we may suspend the involved accounts and withhold any promotional rewards.

By submitting any content as part of a promotion or contest, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in any way we choose, without further acknowledgment.

Verification

To comply with laws and ensure platform security, we may require identity or background verification. This may include confirming your age, identity, or source of funds.

We may restrict access to your account until all requested documents are reviewed and verified. These may include government-issued photo ID, a matching utility bill, or financial documents like a payslip or bank statement.

Failure to provide required documents may result in suspension or closure of your account at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Your use of the Sweepop grants you limited access to the service, not ownership. All rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property related to the Sweepop and its games, remain the sole property of the Sweepop or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to: game design, code, graphics, characters, sounds, dialogue, themes, and user data. You do not gain any ownership of your user account or virtual assets; all rights remain with the Sweepop.

User-Generated Content

You are fully responsible for any content you submit or share through the Sweepop. You agree not to post, send, or share anything that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringes on others’ rights. This includes but is not limited to content that is abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, politically divisive, or promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity.

The Sweepop may remove any user content at its discretion, though it is not obligated to monitor or moderate content. Use the Sweepop at your own risk.

By submitting content, you grant the Sweepop a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content in any form, including the right to use your name, likeness, and related materials. You waive any moral or attribution rights unless prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that the Sweepop is not responsible for storing or backing up any user content. Any user content promoting commercial services, competitors, or involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Engaging in or promoting prohibited content may lead to suspension or termination of your account. If you encounter content that violates these standards, please report it to customer support.

Third-Party WebSweepops & Content

The Sweepop may include links to third-party content, services, or payment providers. Any interactions, charges, or agreements with these third parties are solely your responsibility. We do not control or endorse any third-party content or services, and we are not liable for their performance, accuracy, or policies.

When accessing third-party webSweepops, you do so at your own risk. They may collect your personal information and have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review independently.

If you engage with the Sweepop through social platforms like Facebook® or Twitter®, your posts and interactions are subject to the rules of those platforms. Do not post defamatory or misleading statements about the Sweepop or others.

Copyright Infringement Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Sweepop in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice to our Copyright Agent through customer support.

Your notice must include:

  • A signature (physical or electronic)
  • A description of the work being infringed
  • Where the material is located on the Sweepop
  • Your contact details
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that your claim is accurate

Please ensure your claim qualifies under copyright law, as filing a false notice may result in liability for legal costs.

Disruptions, Errors & Disclaimers

The Sweepop and its services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or accuracy. We make no warranties—express or implied—about the performance, reliability, or suitability of the service.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, connectivity issues, data loss, or any disruption caused by system errors or external factors. In cases of technical malfunction, game errors, or software bugs, gameplay and rewards may be voided. We reserve the right to adjust user balances if errors occur.

If you are awarded Gold Coins or prizes in error due to system faults or human mistakes, such awards will be canceled, and your balance may be corrected. The server’s game outcome will always be considered final in the event of a discrepancy between your device and the system.

The Sweepop may suspend services at any time for maintenance or other reasons. While we may attempt to provide notice, it is not guaranteed. Suspended services will be restored as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

By using the Sweepop, you agree to do so at your own risk. We and our partners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers (the “Released Parties”) are not liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that result from your access to or use of the Sweepop or any services, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, system errors, unauthorized access, or the use of tracking technologies like cookies or pixels.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Sweepop. We’re also not liable for disruptions caused by viruses, bugs, hardware failures, or connection issues.

Indemnification: You agree to protect and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Sweepop, your account activity, or any violation of these Terms.

Time Limit to File Claims: Any claim related to your use of the Sweepop must be filed within one (1) year of the issue occurring. After that, your claim will be barred.

Limitation of Remedy: If you are entitled to a remedy under law, your recovery is limited to the amount you spent on the Sweepop in the 12 months before your claim.

Material Agreement: You agree that the liability limits and disclaimers in this section are essential terms of this agreement.

Legal Exceptions: These limitations do not apply in cases of death or personal injury directly caused by our negligence or misconduct, or where prohibited by applicable law. If a specific clause is invalid in your jurisdiction, it will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms.

Customer Support & Initial Dispute Resolution

If you need help, you can contact Sweepop support at any time. To protect your privacy, use the same email associated with your account when reaching out.

Before taking legal action, you must give us the opportunity to resolve your issue through an informal dispute resolution process:

  • First, send a Notice of Dispute via customer support with your account info, contact details, full explanation of the issue, and what resolution you’re seeking.
  • A conference call or video meeting will be scheduled within 30 days of notice (or as required by law).
  • This process is required before starting arbitration or formal legal action.

If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days of the notice, either party may proceed to arbitration.

Even if you opt out of arbitration, you must still follow this informal dispute resolution process first. Deadlines to file legal claims will be paused while the dispute process is ongoing.

Binding Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

Important: This section explains how disputes between you and the Sweepop will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, and on an individual basis only.

By using the Sweepop, you agree that any past, present, or future legal disputes with us will be resolved by final and binding arbitration. This includes claims related to purchases, use of the platform, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and related services. You cannot bring claims as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

Arbitration Process

  • Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, regardless of state law.
  • Claims about IP infringement (e.g., trademarks, copyrights) may still be brought in court.
  • Either party may opt for small claims court where applicable.
  • Arbitration will be managed by JAMS under its rules, including batch procedures for efficiency.
  • Arbitration can be conducted remotely or in Wilmington, Delaware.
  • Most fees are covered, and you’re only required to pay up to $250.
  • Arbitrators may not award punitive or consequential damages and must issue a written decision.
  • Awards exceeding $50,000 or involving broader impact may be appealed.

Right to Opt Out

If you haven’t previously agreed to arbitration, you may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by following the opt-out procedure listed on the Sweepop. After this period, the arbitration clause applies retroactively.

No Class Actions

You may only bring individual claims. You waive the right to participate in or benefit from any class action or collective proceeding.

Severability

If part of this arbitration agreement is found invalid, the rest will still apply.

Waiver of Jury Trial

To the fullest extent allowed by law, both you and the Sweepop waive any right to a jury trial in any legal matter related to the Sweepop, services, or your user account.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms replace all previous agreements between you and the Sweepop.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes resulting from your use of the service.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).
  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours without notice.
  • Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms also protect your legal heirs and our successors.
  • Business Transfers: If ownership of the Sweepop changes, your account and data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • No Waiver: If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights to do so later.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Unless arbitration applies, all claims related to these Terms or your use of the Sweepop will be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and both parties consent to this jurisdiction.
